MFM's Board

The Team

The Medicine for Mali team is comprised almost exclusively by volunteers. In fact, all of our American based leadership and administrative work is completely provided by volunteers. We get volunteers that come from all over The United States and Mali. Theses generous folks volunteer their effort and talents to to further the programs of Medicine For Mali. American Doctors, Nurses, Physician Assistants and Medical Students travel to provide free or low cost medical clinics to Villagers. American business men and women work to organize and administer our Micro Loan Program. Graduates and students of Public Health work tirelessly to create, administer, and oversee our Public Health Programs.

Our volunteering missions can range in size from a small efficient group of a couple people to a much larger force of close to 30 technicians, medical personelle, teachers, and builders.

Dr. Abdoulaye Bagayoko is our Director of Operations in Mali. He oversees the daily operations and programs of Medicine for Mali and is in charge of logistics for our Volunteer missions.
